Length
The commitment is 12 months at a time. This gives you long enough really make changes needed, see progress, and move the needle. We'll hit the ground running with a zoom call to help you build out your plan for the next 12 months.
It is important to have support beyond a single launch or single season. Things are always shifting and changing and having help staying on top of it all is the key to continued growth.
Strategy
You will get monthly trainings from Jen, Team Allwood, and guests. You'll also have quarterly 1-on-1 business planning session over Zoom to make a solid plan for your specific business using the 6-step framework. To keep you on track between sessions, you will have check-ins from your accountability coach. You will also get free access to my Creator's Inner Circle to help grow your social media following and email list.
You will learn how to scale your business to the next level by generating new customers, hiring the right kind of help, managing your time more effectively as an entrepreneur, getting past your own mindset blocks that are keeping you stuck, and using tech simply and efficiently for your business.
Events
We host a live event twice a year (so once per 6-month time period)! This will be an opportunity for all to be in the same room, face-to-face to work on your business. The Next event is in April 2024 in Scottsdale, AZ!
Being physically in the room with other like-minded women has been life-changing for my mastermind clients. It's given them the confidence and momentum they needed to scale their businesses!

With eight marathons and two Ironman triathlons under her belt, she understands personal motivation, dreaming big dreams, and going after them. But most of all, she understands that trusting in God is the best path forward. His plans are always better and bigger.
